With just nine ingredients, this recipe comes together in a snap.

The Ingredients
- Dried thyme. For a fragrant, earthy flavor.
- Dried parsley. A milder herb, adding a subtle grassy and fresh undertone to the chicken.
- Dried oregano. Robust and warm flavors.
- Lemon pepper seasoning. A zesty blend for a tangy citrus and peppery note.
- Garlic powder. Every rub needs a little garlic powder!
- Onion powder. Sweet and slightly sharp, it infuses the chicken with rich, onion-y flavor.
- Smoked paprika. For a hint of warmth and rich color.
- Salt & pepper. Every smoker recipe needs some salt and pepper!
The Directions
