WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO MAKE THIS RECIPE
- King's Hawaiian Rolls — the best, only slider rolls you need
- Shredded Turkey — use whatever leftover turkey you have. I smoked my turkey on Thanksgiving and the added smoky flavor was delicious
- Cranberry Sauce — cranberry sauce is key here because it adds much-needed moisture to the sliders so they're not too dry
- Stuffing — stuffing gives these sliders the comforting flavors of herbs and bread
- Gruyère Cheese — Gruyère goes perfectly with the smoked turkey, we're melting the cheese for a nice finish
- Garlic Butter — we're making a simple garlic butter to brush all over the top of the slider rolls

1. Slice the Rolls
Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally. Make sure not to separate the top from the bottom.
2. Spread the Cranberry Sauce
Take a little cranberry sauce and spread it evenly on the bottom of the rolls.
3. Add the Turkey
Chop up your turkey into small bites and add a layer on top of the cranberry sauce.
4. Add the Stuffing
Add some crumbled stuffing on top of the turkey. Gently press down to make sure it holds together.
5. Add the Cheese
Sprinkle the shredded Gruyère cheese on top of the stuffing. The cheese will melt nicely and hold everything together.
6. Put the Top Layer Back On
Place the top half of the Hawaiian rolls back on.
7. Brush with Garlic Butter
Transfer the sliders to an aluminum baking dish. Then, make the garlic butter by melting the butter and adding a dish of garlic paste and giving it a good stir. Brush the garlic butter all over the top of the sliders.
8. Smoke the Sliders
Add the sliders to your smoker and smoke them at 300F for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese and nice and melty.
9. Serve & Enjoy
Remove the sliders from the smoker and let them cool for a few minutes. Slice into them individually, and enjoy.
