Total Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 cups chopped turkey
  • 1.5 cups stuffing
  • 1.5 cups Gruyère cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic paste

Instructions

  • Slice Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping them intact. Place the bottom half in a greased foil pan or skillet.
  • Spread cranberry sauce over the bottom rolls. Top with turkey, stuffing, and Gruyère cheese.
  • Replace the top half of the rolls.
  • Mix melted butter with garlic paste. Brush over the tops of the rolls.
  • Smoke at 300F for 20-25 minutes, until cheese melts and rolls turn golden brown.
  • Remove, let cool slightly, and cut into individual sliders. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Substitute Cheese. Don’t have Gruyère? Use whatever cheese you have. Swiss or cheddar also work nicely.
