Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices feta cheese thick-cut
- 1/4 cup dill sauce
- 2 tbsp Sriracha
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Form lamb into four, 4-ounce patties.
- Grill lamb over medium-heat for 4-5 minutes per side, or cooked until your desired temperature.
- Assemble burgers with dill sauce, lamb patties, feta, and Sriracha.
Notes
- Customize the toppings. I like to keep my toppings simple because I want the lamb flavor to shine through. But feel free to add sliced red onion or arugula as well.
- Homemade dill sauce. Can't find dill sauce in the store? You can whip it up quickly by combining mayo, chopped dill, and lemon juice with a pinch of salt.
