Ingredients
Lamb Chops
- 8 lamb chops
Marinade
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary
- 1 lemon juiced and zested
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
Instructions
- If you're using a frenched rack of lamb, you'll need to use a sharp knife to separate each lamb chop from the rack.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, lemon, dijon, and salt and pepper, and combine well.
- Use a basting brush to marinate the lamb chops. Allow the lamb to marinate for at least an hour. Meanwhile, preheat your grill to 500F.
- Grill your lamb chops with the lid closed, turning every five minutes or so, until they hit an internal temperature of 135F for medium-rare. This should take 10-15 minutes.
- Remove the lamb chops from the grill, and let them rest for five minutes. Then, serve and enjoy!
