Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp dill pickle brine
- pinch cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then serve.
Notes
- Make it Smoky. For a slightly smokier flavor, try adding a pinch of smoked paprika.
- Sub Relish. If you don't have any pickle juice/brine, you can substitute relish instead—just note that it will change the textures.
- Store for 5 Days. This sauce should stay good in your fridge for up to five days.
