Ingredients
- 4 ribeye steaks
- 2 tbsp steak seasoning
Instructions
- Season your steak liberally on all sides. If you have the time, I also recommend dry-brining your steak for an even more tender bite. Meanwhile, preheat your smoker to 225F.
- Put the steaks on your smoker and cook until they hit an internal temperature of around 125F for a medium rare steak. Make sure to use a meat thermometer to get an accurate reading.
- Remove the steaks from the smoker and heat up your gas grill until it reaches 500F. Places your steaks on the grill, and search each side for 2-3 minutes to develop a nice crust on the outside.
- Remove the steaks from the grill, and allow them to rest for 5-10 minutes. Then serve and enjoy!
