Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp creamy horseradish
- 1.5 tsp spicy brown mustard
- 1.5 tsp honey
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt, pepper, garlic powder seasoning mixed together
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a small bowl. Stir and mix thoroughly to combine.
- Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the ingredients to come together.
- Serve on your favorite smoked chicken recipe and ENJOY!
Notes
- Substitutions. If you don't have a seasoning blend, just use a mix of ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, and ¼ teaspoon garlic powder.
- Consistency. This recipe makes a thicker version of the traditional Alabama white sauce. If you prefer yours thinner, you can use prepared horseradish instead of horseradish cream, or you can just a little more apple cider vinegar.
- Storage. You can store this sauce in your fridge for up to a week.
