Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken wings
- 2 tbsp seasoning
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
Instructions
- Season your wings liberally.
- Toss your wings in the fridge for at least an hour, and up to four hours. This allows the seasoning to get into the meat.
- Place the wings on your smoker, cold.
- Then, set your smoker to 400 degrees, close the lid, and set a timer for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, flip the wings, close the lid, and then set another timer for 30 minutes.
- After an hour on your smoker, remove the wings and sauce them. Add them to a large bowl, add your sauce, and mix well.
- Add your sauced wings back on your smoker for another five minutes. This will allow the sauce to adhere to the chicken a little better.
- Remove the wings from the smoker, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
