Ingredients
- 2 pieces pork tenderloin
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225F degrees. We used cherry pellets for this smoke. Meanwhile, trim any excess fat from the pork tenderloin.
- Apply the mustard liberally to all side of the tenderloin.
- Apply the pork rub to all sides of the tenderloin. Allow the rub to adhere to the pork for 10 minutes on the counter.
- Place the tenderloin directly on the grates of your smoker. Insert a meat thermometer to monitor the temperature, and close the grill.
- Cook your pork tenderloin to 145F internal, and then remove from your smoker and allow it to rest for a few minutes.
- Slice your pork tenderloin, serve, and ENJOY!
