Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 tbsp BBQ seasoning drained & rinsed
Instructions
- Place an 8 ounce block of cream cheese in a small, disposable aluminum pan. Meanwhile, preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- Season both sides of the cream cheese generously with your favorite BBQ rub.
- Put the cream cheese on your smoker and smoke for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
- Remove from the smoker, and serve with celery and carrots, tortilla chips, or even a toasted bagel!
