Ingredients  

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp BBQ seasoning drained & rinsed

Instructions

  • Place an 8 ounce block of cream cheese in a small, disposable aluminum pan. Meanwhile, preheat your smoker to 225°F.
  • Season both sides of the cream cheese generously with your favorite BBQ rub.
  • Put the cream cheese on your smoker and smoke for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
  • Remove from the smoker, and serve with celery and carrots, tortilla chips, or even a toasted bagel!
