Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 white onion minced
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil over low-medium heat in a medium-sized saucepan. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and cook until softened and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the ketchup, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar. Mix well until smooth and combined.
- Add the prepared horseradish, hot sauce, black pepper, paprika, and salt to the saucepan. Stir to combine.
- Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. This will help thicken the sauce.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the sauce cool to room temperature. Serve with some yummy steak and ENJOY!
