A vibrant and herbaceous sauce perfect for grilled meats and vegetables, made with fresh parsley, garlic, olive oil, and a touch of red wine vinegar.

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine parsley, garlic paste, and dried oregano in a medium bowl.
  • Add red pepper flakes, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix gently.
  • Pour in red wine vinegar and olive oil, stirring until well-combined.
  • Let the chimichurri rest for 30 minutes at room temperature before serving.
