Ingredients
- 2 baked potatoes russet potatoes
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 tsp seasoning salt, pepper, garlic
Instructions
- Scrub and dry your potatoes. Meanwhile, preheat your smoker to 225F.
- Pierce the potato skin with a fork on all sides. Then season with the olive oil and seasoning rub.
- With your smoker running at 225F, place the potatoes on the grill grates for around 2 hours, or until you can stick a butter knife right through them without any resistance. Then, serve with your favorite toppings!
